Using the Power of your Thoughts, Mind Power, Visualization,
And the Spoken Word (Affirmations)

Find a comfortable place to sit where you will not be disturbed. Take several deep breaths, breathing from the core of your being (your solar plexus area.).

Inhale slowly through your nose and then exhale slowly through your mouth, and then say gently to yourself -

"I know that should my mind wander, I simply bring my concentration and focus back to my breathing.
I am totally relaxed."

Note

Forgiveness is very powerful and you know that when you forgive your energy changes the physical structure of your cells and DNA.

Never allow yourself to become embroiled in guilt, shame or depression as the energy systems of your body may close down, resulting in any type of negativity.

Know that forgiveness is a process . . . this is the process of untangling internal mental and emotional issues that may lie hidden deep within.

Some people think that forgiveness is selfish because it benefits mostly the person doing the forgiving.

Now take the thread of forgiveness and gently unravel these emotional and mental threads and become free.

Take a moment to focus on this exercise.

You become aware that forgiving is a choice, as is not forgiving. Choose forgivness now.

Without forgiveness, you remain energetically connected to that person or circumstance that hurt you.

When you forgive others, you break the connection and allow both you and that person to move on with life.

Know that forgivness is good for your health. It reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, increases well-being and promotes overall good health.

Forgiveness reduces the risk of many life threatening diseases and emotional problems.

When you feel the need to forgive, do the following exercise.

The Cup Emptying Exercise

Take a cup and fill it with water. As you hold the cup in your hands, visualize clearly all negativity in your body pouring into that water from your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. When you feel that it has stopped, take the cup and dump that water down the drain knowing that you can never get that water back and all negativity has gone down the drain with it.

All negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs are completely released. You release and let go of them right here, right now.

Know that when you do let go, you have created a space for love, health, wealth and happiness within you.
Say "Thank you for my healed heart and body."

As you continue to concentrate on your breathing, focus and place your attention on your throat area, the base of your tongue, the centers of power and speech, the spoken word (Affirmations).

"I now ask that the faculties of power, speech and words be activated and stimulated within me right now, for which I am grateful."

Say the following words:

"I am a powerful word magnet.
I am a powerful creative magnet.
I know that words have power.
I use my power wisely.
I use the power of wisdom.

I speak words of wisdom to all I meet.
I am aware that words can create disharmony and war or peace and harmony.
I use the power of the spoken word through Affirmations to help others and myself.
I am careful what I say to myself about myself.
I know my self-talk creates every time I speak."

When negativity comes calling or someone says something negative or hurtful to me, I just say, "Cancel, cancel that is not true. Then it is very important to fill that space with a positive statement such as, "I am happy. I am full of unconditional love, etc."

Nature abhors a vacuum and will rush in to fill it and it could be with more negativity unless you fill that space with a positive statement.

Never involve yourself in negative conversations or gossip. Speak words of wisdom that inspire, uplift, heal, bless and comfort and prosper others.

Know that you have between 50,000 to 60,000 thoughts that run through your mind daily. Now let's do some thought watching.

Ask yourself . . .

How many of my thoughts that I am thinking are the same as yesterday?
How many of them are negative?
How many of them are positive?

Make a note of where your thoughts are residing. If you don't like where they are living, you can change that by changing your thoughts, mind and actions.

Become aware of just what you are thinking and where your consciousness resides.

Enjoy doing your affirmations daily; knowing the process of doing affirmations is similar to the planting of a garden as follows:

STEP 1 - Soil Preparation

This is done by forgiving everyone and everything that has EVER hurt you, forgive yourself, then say, "I love respect and approve of myself just the way I am."

Also remember when you say the word ever, that goes right back to when you were in your mother's womb. So if too many negative memories surface at the same time, just say, "One at a time please."

STEP 2 - Seed Selection and Planting

This is done by creating your Master Affirmation saying exactly what you are affirming. Be specific. When you give the Universe a confused order, you may receive a confused answer.

STEP 3 - Water and Fertilize

This is accomplished by reading your Master Affirmation over twice daily, once in the morning and again in the evening.

STEP 4 - Anticipate the harvest.

Step ahead several weeks or months and bring in your five physical senses.

See what you are affirming as already manifested
Hear people congratulating you
Smell the fragrance of a flower, cologne or perfume
Feel wonderful
Taste - Bite into a juicy apple or take a drink of fresh sparkling water to complete the five senses.

Think of the lowly seed that puts its roots and tiny tendrils down into the rich, fertile soil of the earth, where it takes root and grows. At the same time it sends sprouts up toward the light. When it encounters any obstacles as it undoubtedly does, it is not discouraged. Instead it simply goes around them.

The little seed is always stretching toward the life force of the sun and the air. It shows no lack of faith, nor does it question the length of time it takes to manifest. It simply trusts in the power of the Law of Sowing and Reaping, which is one of the Natural Laws of the great Universe.

Take a lesson from the little seed and do not concern yourself about the modus operandi (the way it happens). You know the 'what' and the Universe knows the 'how.' Never try to tell God how to do His work.

Affirmations work within the Law of Attraction which states. "More gathers more, like attracts like, what you think about you bring about and what you are seeking is seeking you."

Say -

"I am only limited by my lack of faith to manifest my desires, affirmations and dreams."

I transport my affirmations by faith from the invisible into the visible realm and into the now.
I create with faith my desire out of the atmosphere of possibilities which surround each of us.
With faith I am on solid ground."

Faith is the magnetic power that attracts to me my heart's
desire right here, right now.
I know that faith is the power that links my present to my future.
Faith is the power that moves me from one miracle to another miracle.
Faith keeps me strong and focused.

When I look at a seed of mustard (which grows into a huge tree), I marvel in that knowledge that is all the faith I need to move mountains.
Faith believes that I have my desires before they arrive in the physical world.
Faith keeps me going onward and upward.
I am faithful

I act 'As If' I already have what I am affirming.
I accept it.
I ask and I receive

I love cultivating and increasing my faith
I have my Magic Magnetic Circle as my faith builder. I keep it handy where I can look at it many times a day. Then I check off when my affirmations manifest as affirmed. This truly is a faith builder for me.

My faith is strong and steadfast.
Faith is mine.

"My imagination is limitless
I write down my dreams and goals on paper anchoring them to the universe.
I build those wonderful innermost dreams and make them come alive.

I see everything through my glasses of imagination and potential.

I see doors of opportunity opening for me on a regular basis.
I enjoy miracles on a daily and hourly basis.

Through intuition, I love, dream and live in faith.

I am careful who I am hanging out with at the intersection of my life.
I ask myself, "Do my friends uplift and inspire me or do they depress and drag me down?"

I now magnetize into my life the perfect love life partner.

I magnetize and attract love, health, peace, joy, prosperity,

Divine knowledge is mine.
I love studying and practicing the Spiritual concepts and teachings from God.
The Universal Power covers us all.

I do my magic magnetic circle exercise every morning."

Procedure

Get up in the morning and stand in front of the window with your arms outstretched from your sides. Turn slowly clockwise (from left to right) and say, "I, (your name) now magnetize from the sun, moon, stars and the entire solar system into my Magic Magnetic Circle, peace, ;joy, love, health and happiness to myself, which extends to everyone I meet. Thank you. Thank you, thank you."

Then get on with your day.

Concentrate, focus and place your point of attention just behind the naval, your Divine Order Center.

Say,

"I ask that my divine order center be activated and stimulated within me right here right now for which I am grateful."


Say the following statements

"I receive fair and abundant money for the work I do.
I value myself.
I value my work, talents and my abilities.
I get paid according.
I respect the opinions of others and make my own decisions based on the information I have.

I am in control of my life.
I accomplish today each commitment easily and effortlessly.
I am highly organized.
Divine Order fills my life and entire being.
I give and I receive I know that receiving is a part of giving.
I am in the right place at the right time.

I set just and firm boundaries in every area of my life.
Never attempt to control manipulate or change others.
I know we all have been given free choice.
I help those who want to be helped.
I allow myself to be me.
I take off my various masks and allow myself to be the real me.

I know that no one can jump into my mind and think my thoughts for me, nor can I do that for others.
I allow and encourage others to be themselves.
I believe in me
I say no easily and without guilt whenever I desire to say no.
I am grateful that Divine Order is a major part of my life."

I am happy, peaceful, healthy and fulfilled.

All is well in my world right there right now.
I live life to the fullest.
I ask in the joy of living.
I am present in the moment -- right here right now.
I spread happiness wherever I go.
I practice random acts of kindness daily.

"I now ask for the highest power of love and light for which I am grateful.
I become more and more aware of the magnificent Universal power that flows though each one of us.
I am one with the All.
I am present in the now.
I am one with all I desire, am and need.

I am lifted to higher and higher realms of God's love, peace, guidance and insight.

I now go forth and seize each and every day as a brand new opportunity and I live in my power, strength, health, love, happiness and abundance.
How grateful I am to be alive and connected and be a part of God and the Whole that is life.

And so it is!
